Collaborators & Funders
Through partnerships, the MAH co-creates exhibitions, events, and programs that are meaningful and relevant to the community—this is a core tenet and strength of the institution. Through funding partnerships, the MAH is able to elevate these experiences and extend their reach to larger audiences. Most of the MAH’s exhibitions and programs are created in collaboration with a wide range of community partners—making space for new ideas and helping amplify our missions to new and unexpected audiences. Creative Partners
The MAH believes that many voices, lived experiences, and perspectives strengthen our culture and deepen public understanding. Working alongside community organizations allows the MAH to engage directly with the issues shaping life in Santa Cruz today. This work often extends beyond the traditional gallery and into the community itself, where some of our most meaningful cultural exchange takes place.
