More About the Musicians:
Sylvia Grape has been writing and performing original music since she was 16. After years of honing her craft as a songwriter and folk singer, she is now joined by her contemporary, Muneerah Abdusshahid, otherwise known as REVEL, on the bass guitar for a fuller and more rock-like sound. The two bring Sylvia's songs to life for a moody, mysterious vibe. They performed at multiple weddings and the Santa Cruz Music Festival in 2019 when Sylvia wasn't on the road touring with the Reverend Stephan Sams, who occasionally joins her on percussion.
