Join artist and choreographer Cynthia Ling Lee and community member George Ow, Jr. for an afternoon of conversation and dance-theater inspired by the historic lost Chinatowns of Santa Cruz.

The afternoon will begin at the MAH where George will share his experiences and reflections on growing up in Santa Cruz’s last Chinatown followed by a solo performance of Lost Chinatowns by Cynthia.

The event will then continue across the street to the site where the 1955 San Lorenzo flood washed away the last remaining Chinatown in Santa Cruz.

This event is related to the current exhibition Guided by Ghosts.
