Cocktail enthusiast and history buff? Come to the MAH for our pop-up series featuring classic drinks mixed with historical anecdotes and stories.
Join us as mixologists from Front & Cooper specially craft a cocktails for this series featuring a guest speaker sharing stories on a particular theme. Then, visit the museum to enjoy the current exhibitions on view or grab dinner in Abbott Square.

About Tish Denevan: In 1978 Tish was hired at the Boardwalk as a ride operator. Loving the opportunity to get paid for providing fun for guests, Tish subsequently went on to have a varied career at the Boardwalk that spanned over 40 years and 13 different jobs. Born and raised in San Jose, Tish and her 8 brothers and parents always spent their Summer vacations in Santa Cruz. Her Mother first visited the Boardwalk via the Sun Tan Special train in the 1920’s and Tish has a treasured photo of her smiling grandparents, Minna and Will Carey, on the Pleasure Pier taken in 1917.
