Coffee Outside: Evergreen Cemetery
Come hang out for Coffee Outside! Hosted by a rotating cast of local artists and MAH staff this socially distant coffee club will meet up at rotating sites around Santa Cruz.
Drop-in for casual conversation and enjoy the company of others out in the fresh coastal air.
This month we will be meeting at the historic Evergreen Cemetery for a conversation with Helen Aldana, lead organizer of the MAH’s Dia de Muertos programming, and Oscar Paz, the MAH’s education coordinator. Oscar and Helen will give a little background on the Evergreen Cemetery site and talk more about this year’s month-long Día de Muertos celebration.
BYO mug or a conversational beverage of your choice. Hot water and self serve Steeped Coffee packs will be provided courtesy of our friends over at Cat & Cloud. Come beat the social distance blues with us, but don’t forget to wear your mask.
Coffee Generously Donated by Cat & Cloud
Check out their newly reopened location in Abbott Square, Wednesday-Sunday from 8am-3pm.
